Iran's theocratic regime violently crushed peaceful protests demanding greater religious freedom since the killing of Mahsa Zhina Amini in the custody of the government's "morality police" on Sept. 16, 2022, the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom said in a report released Tuesday.
